If you put an item in the shopping cart it will tell you the current inventory amount, if it shows zero you can still order it if you want and we will promptly send it when it arrives at our warehouse, you can cancel your backorder at any time (up until we ship it). Shipping Information:
We will try our best to ship your order out in 7 to 10 days, as long as the item was in stock. we are located in Maryland so if you are close to us you will get it quicker, if you are farther away it will take longer. The standard shipping includes delivery confirmation, this does not include insurance. We do however offer optional insurance on shipping for a small fee, if you would like this option just choose "shipping with optional insurance" as your shipping method, (details of insurance coverage and policies can be found at www.usps.com, contact them for claims or questions) We only ship to the continental USA. We keep on file a picture of the contents of your box as it was being packed, so we can quickly resolve any order Discrepancies.
Refund, Returns, Warranty and Cancellation Policies: Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused, undamaged, and unopened items for a refund (less 40% to cover our handling and fee's)excluding those items listed below. If you wish to make a return, email us and we will notify you of how to do it. If you need to return an item due to a mistake in shipping on our part we will issue a full refund or replacement, which ever you prefer. In the case of a defective item you must contact the manufacturer directly about warranty. Due to the nature of mechanical and electronic products such as radios, electronics, batteries, kits, rtr's, motors etc., and all nitro engines, all sales are final and no returns. We are not responible for loss or damage in shipping, you will have to contact the shipper for those issues, we will be more than happy to provide any documents that we can to assist the claim. Shipment not picked up, If you do not pick-up or claim your shipment and it ends up being sent back to us for any reason you will be charged a 30% fee to cover our handling and expenses, if you want it shipped back to you again it will require an additional 40% shipping charge.
